In a very convenient location, next to Al Haram. Hotel prayer room is very large & liked praying there. Check in & out was quick, hassle free. receptionists speak English. All Staffs were very helpful. Could not control the room AC, it was very cold, even though there was a thermostat it was not working. They should check these periodically. The Bed, pillows are clean & comfortable, they should wipe the tables phone, remotes etc. thick black dust was on the coffee station in the room. bathroom was clean, provided amenities- Shampoo, shower gel, soap, lotion, dental kit, etc. Tea, coffee, bottle waters were provided as well. breakfast was included, varieties of hot & cold dishes, very good breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

We stayed 1026 4 nights and housekeeping cleaning is excellent. Bathroom and bed linen is super clean. We ll cone back and highly recommended this hotel. Specially thanks to Mr Rizan he's great managing all room services.

It was a really great to stay here at Swiss O tell Mecca, Clock Tower. The staff was very friendly and the room service was really efficient. The only draw back was that for kids it’s difficult to warm up milk but the room service was still helpful and provided warm milk. I would recommend to stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights rooms 1025 and it was absolutely amazing. Housekeeping and cleaning was amazing and efficient. Bathroom clean and bed linen was very good and also smelt nice. This was our first time here and Insha’Allah would stay again definitely. Special thanks to Mr Rizan for the amazing hospitality.

This was my first stay at the hotel. I stayed in Room 1134 for 5 nights, housekeeping has been excellant and kept everything clean. As our Bathroom and room smelled good each day. Mr Rizan was especially good with making sure everything was kept clean and order, also helped us arrange a taxi to get visit many different sites around.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
