        This location is spectacular. We are steps from the Quay walk to the Opera House and Royal Botanical Gardens. The staff are second to none. From check-in to room service to at your service attendant. Concierge arranged for a complimentary wheel chair and the perfect dinner reservation at exactly the time we had hoped. Plus, they were delightful and charming, making us laugh and feel far cooler and more important than we are. The rooms are reliably clean and well outfitted. It is a step up from dowdy "corporate" hotel. But, let's be honest, it isn't really the decor that makes Marriott "Marriott," though. It is the people. Thank you to Solomon and everyone who made our stay in Sydney easy and memorable. 10/10 recommend.

        This hotel deserves high marks for its inviting lobby and amazing buffet style breakfast. Staff were always helpful and friendly and the food quality (including the coffee) was amazing. The location is also excellent if you want to be within walking distance of the harbor. The rooms are okay. Our bed was comfortable and the amenities were good (coffee, tea, water, toiletries). We had a view of the bridge and of the construction across the street (note that we didn't hear any unreasonable construction noise). The shower had a lot of mold especially on the caulking around the door. This isn't acceptable at a 5-star hotel. If we had stayed longer I would have requested a room change.

        Great location and service. My little daughter nearly choked on a sweet, and the staff were very supportive and highly reactive at the reception. The various staff on the concierge desk were also very helpful and friendly. Big thank you for making our trip to Sydney an amazing experience.

        We wish we could stay longer! Super Comfy room and bed, very clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. We dropped our bag at 8:30am then walked around Circular Quay. So many nice place around. Staff gave us a call to let us know when our room is ready. Awesome Opera House view from 23rd floor. We didn't have problem with the elevator just ~5mins waited time. (Were using around 3pm 9pm 11pm and 10am) Highly recommend 👍🏻

        Wonderful stay at this Marriott Hotel. The location was perfect…walking distance to many sites and very close to the Opera House. The Executive Lounge had great breakfast and happy hour spreads. And all the staff at the lounge were very helpful and efficient, especially Nancy. She always went above and beyond in the service she provided. I look forward to staying again at this hotel.
