        Very clean and tidy. An older motel which has been renovated. It is nice to have lots of space around the motel, parking in a semi carport between the units, a small deck for each room (ours got pretty much all day sun). The bathroom is great, nicely renovated, the shower has good pressure and stable temp. An excellent laundry with two free washing machines and detergent provided. A washing line and airers which can be left in the carport beside the unit when you go out - great for drying washing when away from home. Could be improved by having a couple of often used kitchen utensils - a potato peeler (they have a masher) and a bread knife (the have a cleaver).

        I stayed here, along with my family while getting married. This hotel is amazing. Such wonderful service, extremely accomodating and just so thoughtful. I owe so much to the team for its support during my wedding week as an international bride. The rooms were so clean. And well set up. I highly recommend this motel, I cannot fault anything.

        Absolutely wonderful motel. I've been a few times and they have always been very clean and fresh and modern. Tommy has been super helpful and very nice to deal with. Being situated so close to Sylvia Park Mall is fantastic too. Would highly recommend this motel.

        I stayed here, along with my family while getting married. This hotel is amazing. Such wonderful service, extremely accomodating and just so thoughtful.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
