        Pillow, comforter & the bed very smelly. Wonder if they change it after used by the previous guest. Room quite dirty with hairs & rubbish. Hope there's improvement.

        Big spacious room with separate lounge and working desk. Location is good as located just on main street of Ipoh. Parking have booth indoor and outdoor and it's free. Service can be improved as the breakfast is so-so.

        I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed floor, weak aircon and less attentive response from booking site / front counter. Requested for queen size bed earlier when booking, till check in time still no confirmation from them. Front desk staff denied their responsibility and suggested to combine 2 single bed. Later we found out, once combined the bed, the only bed side table have to remove and the bed blocked the wall socket. The phone which connected to the land line needs to remove as well. Parking space provided by the hotel. I like the location which near to Perak Cave

        What i can say the hotel is good enough for me and my family. The rate is reasonable and the room is large. The breakfast also ok for me. Hope the management can mantain the quality of the service.

        The hotel room is spacious and well furnished. But the aircond seems to have not serviced for years. Not cool at all even it was set to 17deg. In terms of cleanliness yes its good. The staff service could be improved in terms of speed and efficiency. The price is reasonably moderate. The location its not strategically at city center its near to Simpang Pulai.
