We walked along the beach and decided to lie down and sunbathe. We asked the employee what the conditions for using the sun lounger were. The man replied that the deposit was 300 baht for 1 sunbed. We took 2, ordered drinks, which took about 20 minutes to prepare. With the drinks, they brought us a bill which, in addition to the drinks, included a 7% tax and 200 baht per sun lounger. To our objections, the man said that we bought drinks for 500 baht, and not for 600 as we should have. so +400 baht in the bill 🤦🏻‍♀️ we said that we weren’t going anywhere yet and would order something else. Сondition of the sunbeds in the photo🤦🏻‍♀️

As other reviews stated we were also over changed and had to question it several times before they gave us the change back of over 120 bhat, which they were leaving us short. The food was nice but be careful with payment. When we questioned the bill they wouldn’t show it to us.

This hotel has everything it needs to be a great place to stay: space, greats pools and beautiful views. However, this does not make it a great place, if service, maintenance and mindfulness are on the lower end. The rooms are not the latest and greatest, but location and pools make up for it. What cannot be compensated for though, is the poor service. Staff - with a few exceptions seem untrained and cannot be bothered. The reception has not even a full first aid kit and is not really helpful. Quite some things to improve. It could be a great place, but at the moment it is not. Value for money does not match. After staying a few more days I have to add that most staff is not reacting to any feedback. At the pool 5-6 people were trapped (at different times throughout the day) in the restroom, as the lock gets jammed. Staff was informed by us, but this was completely ignored. They saw it even themselves a couple times - but again - no actions taken.
