        The problem is the cleaning person. Everything else was perfect. They clean the room and exchange the towels ect. almost daily. I would give 5 ⭐ but they touched our laptops ect. Get rid of that problem Synsiri.

        I wanted to give 2.5 stars but i cant so the get bonus half star. We wanted a place to do some work with our own laptop and they had wifi all over but it never worked. 9 days - new code every day but clearly never worked - they had their accesspoints on wrong floors. Night staff not friendly at all and one night we had to wait 30 min to get our key so we decided to not use their "open late reception" and took our key with us instead. 2 keys were impossible to get. Warmwater was too cold for my wife but ok for me - but thats maximum heating. AC worked fine but of course when you wanted to go to reception you had to shut it off. ALL electricity turned off so forget about charging phone/laptop when you are not in the room. Water dripping in bathroom and when we told them they just said "we know" Night staff never greated us, instead they asked my wife if she really lived there... :P Location was nice. Big area for taxis to stop and 7/11 50m from entrance. Also 5 star chicken with, as always, friendly staff. (Try the smoked chicken - crazy good)

        This hotel is not safe for money and valuable things. We stayed one day and lost the valuable things and $4000. someone open the room door and stole the money from my baggage ( look at the picture). Also the hotel management does not give security to our belongings. Beware of fake agents. please do not pick this hotel for booking any more... For your security please choose the good one where you get safe and secure stay. There is no proper english communication. They doesnt know how to speak with the guest the who one stayed in.

        it's a really nice place consider the price you pay for the room. friendly and helpful staff, but not that steady in English. but they do their best. this place is also located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, no traffic at night. 7-11 just a few meters down the road, next to a laundry and a drugstore. also a couple of street restaurants, and coffeeshops in the same street. make sure to try out the Thai chai tea, and Thai ice coffy under the bridge, next to the river. sweetest girl with the best service ever! coudent be more happy about this place. you need to get a taxi to go to the MRT station, but they always drive by in the street, if not, just use grab.
