2 words, terrible room. See photo and video attached. I regret to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at T Hotel JB. Several issues marred what was supposed to be a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Bathroom Mirror Cracked: The bathroom mirror in my room was visibly cracked, creating not only an eyesore but also raising concerns about safety and maintenance standards. Dusty Room: The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The surfaces were covered in dust, suggesting a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process. Paint-Stained Bed: Shockingly, the bed in my room had multiple stains of what appeared to be paint. This not only compromised the aesthetics but also raised questions about the overall hygiene and upkeep of the bedding. Stained Table: The table in the room had numerous stains, further contributing to the overall impression of poor cleanliness and maintenance. Cramped Bathroom: The bathroom was uncomfortably small, making it challenging to move around comfortably. The lack of space significantly impacted the overall usability and enjoyment of the facilities. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I believe such issues are unacceptable for any accommodation establishment. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement

Budget hotel that provides bare basics : Small Room with Bed & Bathroom. Has small Dressing Table without stool & TV (Remote Control provided upon request). No Table or Chairs. Cup & 2 sachets of Coffee Mix. No Kettle — but Flask for taking Hot/Cold water at corridor dispenser. Iron & Board available at common corridor of certain levels that you can go use. Room Rate about RM5 more at weekends. Deposit currently RM50 (short term stay) — Refunded at Checkout (by 12 Noon). Long term Monthly rental available — Enquire for Rates/Deposit.

I stayed only one night. I chose this hotel for the cheap price and the location. I don’t mind the room is small and the staffs are not kind. I expected them for the price. However, it is unacceptable when I see black and red stains on bed, wet floors, mold on the walls. No matter how many stars a hotel is, sanitary must be kept.

The worst hotel i have been stayed. Upon arrival with no greeting at all Once we reached at the hotel the room still avail but the incharge person ask me to rebook in the booking online so that he got more extra money. The way both guy speak too rude. And the room not clean very dirty same to the towel they given to me. Im not sure is it new clean towel or used. Please be a human after this. Just imagine you with an long travel and the your a reached with the worst placed and worst staff OMG!

If you're a non smoker this is not a place for you, cause every rooms raked of strong cigarettes odours. Showering is an ordeal, cause there's no pressure from the shower sprinkler and took more than half an hour to really wash away the bath soap. Loud noises and banging along the corridor at around midnight, it happens two nights in a row.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
