Nice spot, took 2 days to have hot water but everything is all good now. You can hear your neighbours if they come back drunk and are not respectful of others... Rooftop is really nice with the pool. Beds are comfortable. You have to check in at the Hacienda in front. Room service is very friendly and professional. Thank you Mayerli for your amazing work! Decently placed in the city. Overall, nice spot for 30$ a night. Also the guy with a mask at the desk gives an OUTSTANDING service!!! If you need anything you need to ask him. Don’t ask the lady with short blonde hair, she won’t do anything.

I read through tons of reviews, both positive and negative, from a variety of sources before booking this hotel. And I also did the same for dozens of other hotels in the area. Lahun Suites seemed to offer just about everything we wanted in a hotel for our trip, so I rolled the dice and booked a suite. I couldn't have made a better decision. The pictures and listing was accurate and terms of aesthetics and cleanliness. Even better in person actually. We also had a wonderful view from our eastward facing balcony on the third floor. As far as I could tell we were the only occupants that weekend (surprisingly) so the building was quiet, the room was quiet, and unless the balcony door was open, we couldn't hear any commotion on the streets or loud bars at night. In the bedroom is on the opposite side of the suite which insulated it even further from any noise. You need for a quiet and peaceful night's rest every night and morning. The decor was modern and stylish, the sweet was very clean, and it was also well equipped with everything we needed (and more) in the kitchen. The area felt extremely safe, the building felt secure, and it was in a fantastic location with ample and cheap city parking along both sides of the street. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and a convenience store nearby. Indeed, the breakfast is a joke, as other reviewers have mentioned. But who cares when you have so many fantastic and cheap restaurants nearby, or a kitchenette to make your own (which is preferable to what they serve unless you don't know how to make toast). The pool was clean when we visited it, and was effectively our own private rooftop pool. It's actually unfortunate that we didn't make more use of it during our stay. Just be aware, if it isn't obvious to you, that this is more like an enhanced Airbnb experience than a traditional hotel, imo. This is a condo across the street from the hotel.

What a mediocre hotel, we were fooled by the looks of the new building but we are currently staying here and thinking about canceling the rest of the stay. The rooftop pool was disgustingly dirty and half empty of whater, the rooms connect with a door and our neighbors like to play music and scream at each-other at 7am. The breakfast was incredibly sad, I would not even pay 2USD for that. And on top of all that our room has had no hot water since we came, reception is self claiming “excellent “ service with “no excuses” but we are still waiting for the hot water for hours and hours.

Great location just a blocks away from the heart of Playa del Carmen and the beach. The facilities were clean. Opening codes for entrance and guestroom doors did not work; staff messed up and we had to go back to the reception (across the street) to go get the front office agent. Connecting doors between guestrooms allow to perfectly listen to every conversation happening next door—me laying on the bed. Television not working, no channels available; issue reported and staff did nothing, no compensation, no solution. TV’s Bluetooth not working to pair iPhone and listen to some music. Only 2 plugs available to charge devices.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
