We had absolutely amazing experience in this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and polite. The room was very clean and spacious! We loved the sauna, steam room and cold pool. Jasmine the manager was super helpful. The hotel is only 5min away from the airport, we had an amazing time!

This resort is really something special. I've been to hundreds of hotels worldwide, but in T-Villa I felt the most welcomed. The staff is amazing, Jasmine will take care of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g that you need to make it a perfect stay. The rooms are huge, super clean and the bed is very comfortable. There are different kinds of pools and saunas. I will definitely recommend T-Vila and am waiting to come back.

T-villa has been amazing. The value for money is insane. You feel like you are in a top tier luxury resort. Jasmine and her staff are SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Im not sure I have ever experienced this level of friendly hospitality. I hurt my foot before I got here and have trouble walking. They are going out of their way helping me. The pool with the pool bar is so pretty. We booked a pool access villa where you can access a shared pool via your balcony - so so beautiful. Everyone go book this hotel. I wish I would be staying here longer.

We were staying in T-Villa in November 2023 in private villa with a pool. It was amazing. The płace itself was very peaceful and quiet and felt very private. The rooms were clean and spacious. Location was also a plus: very close to the airport but also not in the middle of nowhere. But what was the best was the staff and Jasmine! She was really helpful and managed the room for us even with the problem at the transit airport. She could have just cancel our reservation but she didn’t. She contacted us and resolved the issue so we can still enjoy our vacation. She also answered all messages sent on whatsapp very quickly.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Super clean and very friendly staff. Very easy to communicate with various apps they recommended. The reason for the 4/5 is because they didn't have a plug point in the bathroom for our room. So straightening hair was annoying using the smaller bedroom mirror.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
