Nice hotel 2nd row from the beach. Good service. Breakfast included with buffet on the weekend, on weekdays breakfast served in the room with a choice of American breakfast (boring but alright white toast, sausage, fried egg, ham, bacon) or Thai rice soup with either pork or chicken (tasted good). Clean rooms, well functioning bathrooms. Be aware that the pool terrace rooms are connected by a thin door, so you may be able to hear your neighbors. Quiet hotel. Stayed 5 nights. Can recommend.

T Villas was a great place to get away. The rooms were spacious and cozy. The private pool was nice to wind down in the evening or cool off during the day. The staff were awesome and response. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach which is a nice smaller beach which helps it feel secluded. The Hua Hin night market is only about a 20 minute drive away to get out and have dinner and do some local shopping in the market.

Pet friendly resort very near the beach😍 We stayed at the two bedroom pool villa and it was quite nice, the rooms are spacious, the pool is small but i like the jacuzzi facility inside. The breakfast is buffet style, moderate quality food. The staffs were also attentive, and the room was clean. The beach in front is really nice🥰 quiet, peaceful and pretty. Good place for vacationing with our furry baby😍

30 steps walk to the beach, good service, good food (thai food dinner), and spacious room compared to the price paid. Clean pool but very limited dining area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
