Don’t know why there are so many negative reviews here while there are many good reviews on booking sites. I am not sure if the people who gave a low rating did actually stay here. The hotel is decently good. Clean and safe, calm and quiet. The location is ideal. Cannot expect a 5 star luxury standards for a 3 star hotel at Xinyi area.

I won’t be staying here anymore, I have stayed in a lot of hotels but so far this one has the worst sound proofing and their doors are terrible. You can loudly hear the slamming of doors, banging everytime a tenant goes out. I am very sensitive to sound so it is very important to me that I could sleep in a quiet environment. The conversations of the next room can also be heard, I did really want to complain to the front desk that night the noise from the room and the “door slams” particulary at night. i hope they could fix the doors soon or else no customers would want to stay here anymore and the business will close eventually. I observe guest here have no consideration for other people, they keep talking in a loud voice. The only thing Iike in this hotel is the location, it is near Taipei 101 and Embassy of Netherlands which we had an appointment the next day. Even the staff were helpful in providing an electric fan as an alternative solution due to malfunctioning aircondition, still I did not had a good sleep. They told us that we can transfer to another room but its too late at night and it’s hassle and troublesome. The room is clean, the toilet, and water pressure from shower is fine. If you have a car, a parking space is also available. OVERALL, my rating and experience at my one night stay on this hotel is unpleasant and Unsatisfactory.

This place smells like mold. Walls are thin and very bad for noise. Staffs are not there at night time so no one can warn ppl to not make loud noise at midnight. Not a good experience.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
