You're paying for its location and proximity to an MRT station. The room had a strange smell, most likely from a cleaning product. Also the shower door couldn't stay closed, had to keep pulling it to avoid getting water everywhere. The staff is really nice and professional, but the room itself could be better maintained.

Convenient location, within 5 min walk to station. Walk for 15min can get to multiple shopping centers. Room Not big but quite clean and new. Very comfy. Their breakfast is one of the best. Not that many options but every dish well made. They change menu everyday and its high end restaurant quality.fresh ingredients and tasteful.

Not bad hotel, big rooms. But beds are short for Europeans. Soundproof is not soundproof. Can easily hear people outside and noise from second floor where they serve breakfast, which actually has super poor choice. Close to mrt though.

1) Felt that Bell man was lazy. We are a family of 4 (2 young toddlers) and had 2 strollers with us. As a pregnant mother, it was also quite difficult for us to push the strollers at the narrow ramp. A couple of times, we had to struggle and open the door ourselves. 2) we requested for a baby cot for one of our kids. And we noticed that one of the wood were missing (as pictured) and is extremely dangerous for baby to sleep in. We would have expected them to check before arranging it to be sent to the room. However we managed to call and get them to replace a new cot. But this could be avoided. However, location is quite near to the Da A station.

Worst Fullerton Hotel I have ever stayed at. Entire building is so old, it feels like it was an old building rebranded as Fullerton. A/C is noisy and can never keep room temperature below 23 degree, totally unacceptable. Gym is at the top floor and A/C is non-existent. Hot air of the entire building is trapped on the top floor as well, the environment is unbearable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
