Our experience was great. For a mid hotel, they have great service. Despite the language barrier, the staff are attentive and friendly. I was actually not expecting much because it was hard to communicate but they were nice enough to let us leave our luggages after checkout to go to Shifen. The breakfast menu seems to cater the locals in terms of flavor but otherwise it is still good. Definitely recommended.

The toilet in our room smells really bad. We can smell it in the room if the toilet door is left open. The breakfast that the hotel serve may not be hygienic, there are dirty dishes with white scums on top. The air conditioning is always cold and not controllable with the thermostat. They also have a strict check-in policy, only after 3pm, which I have never encountered in other hotels.

I stay there for 5 night at the the new year eve period. We stay at the triple bedroom. Overall experience are pretty good. Close to the mtr and ximen and the room and toilet are clean. The service are pretty good. If you need to do laundry, there is a coin laundry place around the corner. I got a pretty good deal through the taiwan travel agency Voyager in taiwan. I strongly recommend if booking hotel contact them, ask for Shawn They will definitely give you a very competitive price

Impeccably clean with great service. Has parking underground. Floors 1-5 in the side building with other offices are inconvenient to access. Sometimes you need to take strange pathing to and from your room due to limited elevators, which are sometimes very slow.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
