The housekeeping staff in particular were fantastic. City view from room was spectacular too. Breakfast was good except the wait staff were too eager to serve and kept checking making it a little uncomfortable to fully enjoy the food.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room offered a mesmerizing view, with the iconic Burj Khalifa standing tall and proud in the distance. Waking up to such a sight set a magical tone for each day. Food enthusiasts that we are, we couldn't resist trying out the hotel's dining options. "Miss Tess" transported us on an Asian culinary adventure, with each dish being a delightful surprise. On the other hand, "Bombay Brasserie" took us on a flavorful journey through India, with dishes that were both authentic and innovative. The tastes and experiences from both restaurants will stay with us for a long time. Beyond the amenities and dining, what truly made our stay memorable was the warmth and dedication of the hotel staff. Their genuine commitment to ensuring we had a perfect stay was evident in their every action. Whether it was a room request, dining suggestions, or just a friendly chat, they were always there with a smile. In short, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's an experience in itself. We came for a vacation and left with cherished memories. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Booked a family suite for one night. Arrival was smooth but make sure you get a room key card, they would like you to use their app which I found basically useless. The pool on the 3rd floor is nice but doesn't get a lot of sun and the large kitchen extractor provides the soundtrack and aroma. Life guard was fantastic at sorting sun loungers etc. The real disappointment was the service. We provided our details in advance so they knew we had two children (also we'd booked a family suite). At check in the asked if we needed to use the sofa bed which of course we did as we needed two beds. They promised someone would be up straing away. A few hours later, when we left for the mall, I reminded them again. When we returned with tired children still the sofa was not changed to a bed. It then took another 45 minutes to get it resolved. My advice is to always have the sofa bed out in the family suites its much easier to put it away if not needed than try and get it made. Breakfast was of a good standard. Right behind the hotel is plenty of restaurants etc so no need to eat in the hotel if you prefer not to.

This is a nice, pleasant hotel with clean rooms. However, for the price, it doesn’t really feel like a 5 star hotel. The house keeping staff are nice and very attentive. The front desk receptionist who helped us check in wasn’t so welcoming or accommodating. The breakfast is excellent, lots of options and variety which is great. However, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the high price and low amenities and a basic room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
