I have stayed at Taj JLT more than 10 times now. The reason is because the service is excellent. All the members of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Not to mention, the rooms are very spacious and cleanliness is 10/10 . Special thanks to Staff member Trupti from in- Room dining who is very professional and attentive, she always made sure that everything was perfect and extremely kind positive attitude. I strongly recommend this hotel to stay, they will take care of you with no question.

We took our 7 month old daughter on holiday and stayed here, and the service was impeccable. The hotel was spacious and even had a playroom for children. The Christmas decor was outstanding. John & Farouk on the front desk were very attentive to our every needs, and playing with our baby when she was fussy. They made sure that everything we needed or wanted, we had. Also, thank you to Adam, the lifeguard at the infinity pool! You were very friendly and we enjoyed your hospitality. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Dubai. Thank you, Taj hotels, for making our experience a very special one.

Beautiful hotel, warm and welcoming faces! Great location and easy access to entertainment. Our only feedback would be to consider functional design improvements in the bathrooms - specifically the shower, as it can be quite inconvenient and dangerous. Other than that, we had a lovely stay. Will definitely come back! 😃

Taj lives up to its expectations of being an extremely hospitable and well maintained hotel chain. Taj JLT, is the ideal business hotel. It’s not exuding in luxury but the rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and will ensure you have an excellent visit. The food, especially the Indian menu is delicious and strikes really close to home.

The staff were all incredibly friendly, very welcoming and happy to go the extra mile. This included the staff in reception, concierge, security and the bar. Special mention to Ajeet who looked after our room and John from concierge, although there were so many whose name we didn't get who helped to make it a great stay. We also had a great lunch in the bar with lovely food and service. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool area had great views and the spa was very relaxing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
