I pent 7 nights at Prelude between two rooms. I have not experienced such great value for money anywhere else. There are so many boxes to tick room-wise and for the great location. You get all the essentials with a bundle of unexpected benefits at Prelude. The cleanliness, the wooden floor, the reasonably spacious interior, the comfort of the bedding and the awesome treatment of the staff. You don't usually get all these in one deal for that value. I tried staying in another hotel overlooking the Istiklal road and wasn't able to sleep because of the night buzz, but the location of Prelude in a side road in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Taksim area gave me peace of mind and the great nearness to every thing. It's literally situated at the heart of Taksim yet the inward location gives you the best of both worlds. The staff: Kareem and Ali are exceptionally helpful and ready to help you. Again: the best value for your money. I definitely give Prelude 10/10. Can't wait to re-visit the marvelous city of Istanbul and enjoy my stay at Prelude.

The owner Kerim is such a nice guy and will go out of his way to help you with anything and gives good recommendations. He called someone to come to the hotel and do our corona tests for us that we needed before we flew home. The stay was very enjoyable and the location is perfect- 10/10!

Perfect hotel, perfect location very close to istiklal street. Spacious rooms. The staff are so friendly , thanks to Capatay, velat, Ayhan for helping us with everything we needed. They went out of their ways to help us. I def recommened this hotel for families. Iam def going back!

Very clean hotel , very helpful staff especially the receptionist Cagatay he is so friendly and he went out of his way to help us. Excellent location in the middle of Istiklal street but Very quite location. This is my 4th time staying here and will always stay . Thanks again for Cagatay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
