        To start i can say don't stay in this hotel even for free. The neighbourhood is dirty. Hotel owner not polite and staff are awful, not helpful and thieves, they stole my wife phone from the room, the owner didnt help and she said that no one took your phone but the hotel entrance and my room closed with key. No cleaning services and even there is, much better nit to use it as they will steal from you. No toiletries at all. No one will help for baggage transport. Hotel without elevator and internet from 80's very slow. Not recommended at all even for one day.

        Avoid at all cost! Thieves. Money went missing. The lady and her family constantly demand cash, and blame this on taxes and fees for online booking transactions. The room pictures are not realistic, very dishonest people! Full of thieves and drug users inside.

        To start i can say don't stay in this hotel even for free. The neighbourhood is dirty. Hotel owner not polite and staff are awful, not helpful and thieves, they stole my wife phone from the room, the owner didnt help and she said that no one took your phone but the hotel entrance and my room closed with key. No cleaning services and even there is, much better nit to use it as they will steal from you. No toiletries at all. No one will help for baggage transport. Hotel without elevator and internet from 80's very slow. Not recommended at all even for one day.

        I paid a deposit for 13 nights before I went, but when I saw the room, it was disappointing, the cleaning pattern is zero and it smells very bad, also Tarbasi is the worst district of Istanbul, it's not a place for a family to stay, definitely also the owner of the hotel pressed us for money from the first day and when I decided not to stay there they didn’t pay back my money.It doesn’t have elevator. I would never recommend it.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
