Great little homestay just a 5 minute walk to Tam Coc centre. Right in front of the lake and close by to some nice Cafes. Very quiet and relaxing location. The rooms are basic, modern, clean and comfortable. The lady that takes care of the place was very sweet. Eventhough her English was limited we managed to communicate. She brought us breakfast in the room every morning and cleaned the room every day. Basic options of eggs, noodles, or pancake for breakfast, and fruit with anything. Overall lovely stay. We had booked for 3 nights, but stayed for 9 nights as we needed a relaxing break during our travelling and we found this place comfortable.

Amazing value for the room rate, and exceptional service from the hostess as well. Breakfast is prepared inhouse, fresh daily – ask for the mango juice! Air conditioning is strong, but there are no duvets (the blanket feels like a thin bed sheet). The attached toilets are quite poorly maintained (sewage stench) and the toilet bowl/WC feels like it's about to come off anytime. We got the family room.

A perfect place to spend the night and start your day. We walked in asking for a room, wich was available, the lady who helped us out was very polite and extremely helpful. Rooms are big, with a nice bed and clean shower/toilet. Breakfast is very good and it is located in the center of Tam Coc. As i have mentioned before, the staff is great, polite and wants to help you any way they can. Laundry service is availeble, scooter rental as well. We asked to store our backpack after checking out, wich was no problem at all. We had a very nice stay at your place!!

Lovely , cute little place . One of the numerous little resorts aka home stays around the lake. Very very nice host. Very accessible to be centre of Tam Coc. Does not have a pool of its own but you can use the neighbouring one by paying a fee of 30.000vnd / person. And around April you will want to take a dip in the pool. Has cycles to rent but they are not well maintained. Please to check before you pick one up from here .

We were absolutely delighted with the service we got in the Tam Coc boutique hostel. The hostess was so kind to us and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. We would recommend to anyone staying in Tam Coc.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
