Nice little hotel in a great location. It is across the road from the boats for the Tam Coc tour and near lots of nice restaurants and bars. The owner was lovely and super helpful. He let me check in early, was exceptionally accommodating and organised for me to hire a scooter at a good rate. The room was basic but clean and nice with a good bed. I would recommend staying here

When we arrived a man came to us across the street and claimed that he was working here, checking in went very smoothly as we booked the trip by booking, when we arrived in the room with the man he told us that he can give us 20% off if we will cancel our reservation on booking. All that he could earn 10% more money couse he will not have to pay to booking for using he’s site and that we cancelled our reservation. But we didn’t decide to do this couse this was only about …….. vtd. First the room was prepared only for 2 but not for 4 so the very lovely women in reception came with 2more towels and water bottles. ROOMS: The room didn’t look like the one on the photos. There wasn’t any wooden decoration on walls, the couirtains wasn’t very clean, there was a coffee set and a complementary waterbotels. Hairdryer, hair comb, toothbrush, cotton buds, that all was free for use. There was also a mini fridge. Beds were comfy but there was only 1 pillow and no blankets like on photos. BREAKFAST: There was a breakfast. There was fried rice , fried noodles, sunny side up eggs and some kind of veggie balls. There was also tost maker and bread , strawberry jam, kirry cheese. Coffee sugger condensed milk and normal milk, yogurt, cupcakes, fruits - bananas, pineapple, dragonfruit,apple, on the last day the lovely woman from reception offered us a noodle soup which was very good. LOCATION: Very many hotels ,massage,shops, restaurants so very good. OVERALL: It was a very good stay and amazing trip (The man never came again) Note- the stairs very steep. And the the neighbors are building something and at evening they vere burning a trees and grass.

Mr lu is very nice and take care of us with early check in for temporary room and preparing the honymoon flowers in the real room. Two big mistakes- he moves our stuff without any permission! And didn't note us so we have a sleeping lady in our room. Second he didn't give us the executive suite that we order. Our mistake - book it a day before we arrive and didn't realize that we talks about early check in on the wrong day. Which makes mr. Lu to think we declined instead of text us. Although he still have a big heart to assist with all. He also gave us a 20% refund.

SCAM. Do not book this place. We booked il advance. I called the day before to confirm, the manager confirmed the room is ready. When we arrived he said it was fully booked and that he would take us to another lf his hotels. We read previous ratings similiar, and were a bit afraid it could happen to us as well. We forces him to give back the prepair money and we went to another hotel of our own choosing.

We loved our stay here, so affordable and great location and the staff were amazing and accommodating! Shout out to Tony who helped us so much and was so lovely and polite :) thanks guys. Taylor and Sam :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
