I rarely write reviews but this one really deserves it. I'd come back any time. This homestay was a highlight - not only on my trip to Ninh Binh, actually on my entire Vietnam travels! The hosts kindly allowed me to check in early so I didn't have to wait in the rain. The room was amazing: spacious, spotless, with well functioning AC/heater. The best bathroom I've seen in Asia so far. The view to the mountains was so nice too. The hosts are the kindest people ever. When I came home, they often provided free water and even freshly cut pineapple. The breakfast was tasty and big too. Bike rental was also no problem.

Very good homestay for the price. We were allowed to check in at 1AM instead of the following afternoon at no cost. The couple owning the homestay do everything they can to make your stay the best. Good breakfast, bicycle rental and tourist information provided. Calm environment to stay in, but still close (less than 5 minutes walking) away from all the restaurants and cafes.

The couple that hosts this Homestay made my trip memorable. They are very nice, helpful, and welcoming! The husband Thiên helped me to plan out a 2-day itinerary the moment I arrived at the Homestay and arranged a personal motorcycle tour guide to take me to the various locations. He also helped me with getting a limo to/from the airport. He wanted me to make the most of my stay while being economical. Not much else I can ask for! Clean room, great location, free breakfast, etc. are icing on the top.

We had a most warm and welcoming stay at Lavender Homestay. The host is a couple who is ever so accommodating and lovely. Always had a smile on and were ready to help round the clock. Warm breakfast , spacious rooms, clean bedsheets and a pool to take a dip. Close to the Tam coc lake and walking distance from almost everywhere. Bicycle and bikes available for rentals was a big plus. Made our Ninh Binh Stay memorable by the warm hospitality

We stayed two nights in the homestay. The two owners are really friendly and were always smiling. A late check out to catch the nightbus was not a problem. Plenty of tasteful breakfast options. We recommened this lovely place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
