Wonderful place to stay. The location is really convenient and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The family that run the hotel helped us with great recommendations of when to do things based on the weather as we had rain and cloud and some things were better to do when the rain stopped. They have bikes that can be used and a free breakfast which is filling and delicious. The swimming pool was also looked really inviting despite it being cold and rainy.

We had a wonderful stay. The family was so kind and helpful with organizing and booking the night train. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location. Wonderful people. Excellent value. Strongly recommended.

STAY HERE If you want a nice budget place and like to support local families. Really helpful and kind owner/operator. Helped us with our plans, rented bikes, booked our bus for us out of town at a better price than the tour agents. Great free breakfast options. Great location right next the town square and the

We had the most wonderful stay! Clean room, really nice bed, good english skills and the most lovely staff I ever met! They were so helpfull, and allowed us to keep our room until 7 PM then our bus arrived. When the bus arrived the staff gave us a little goodiebag for the bus trip with water, snacks and fruit. She even followed us to the bus 100 meters away to make sure we catched the right bus. I can recommend this place for everyone!

We had a fantastic experience. We arrived there unexpectedly after a really bad experience in the acommodation we originally booked. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The quality is much higher of what you could expect for that price. The location is also great, exactly in the centre of Tam Coc but not noisy at all. Breakfast was really good as well. But the best part is without any doubt the service provided by the extremely kind family running the place. They even gave us a snack for our night train to Hue. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone visiting Tam Coc.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
