So frustrated. I know currently it's a peak period (school holiday) and the tenancy is high at your place but your poor operation planning to cater peak period is really TERRIBLE! Only 4 units of elevator available to cater 27 floors and the waiting time is more than 5 minutes. You can set/ program the elevator movement and split it to cater certain floor(zoning) plus increase the speed of the elevator to reduce waiting time. Is that not possible? The food serving at level 27. By now you should know when tenancy is high, traffic is high, the food serve definitely gonna run out fast...please speed up the replenish cycle so people don't have to wait for a long time just to get their food. Some even left with frustration bcoz they can't wait any longer for the food. Not to mention the bowls for soups which always run out and didn't stock up accordingly. We paid for the food and deserve to at least taste all the food serves at the buffet despite us liking it or not. I know your charges n rates are on the affordable spectrum compares to other hotels around the area but that doesn't mean you can compromise on the service delivered. I'm so frustrated hence this long review. I hope it'll improve very soon.

I find tranquility during my night stay here; the welcoming staff, spacious, clean, and comfortable room contribute to a peaceful experience. The Masjid Kg Baru is just opposite, allowing me to pray and calm my heart to Allah. Also view from the top of Kg Baru is amazing especially at night.

Rooms - Deluxe and twin sharing connecting room, view from our room excellent. Big space in room so that we able to have extra bed. Toilet- to improve, need to provide floormate. Basic item in toilet. Service - Check-in/Check-out excellent - fast Room service - need more improvement We request for extra bed, waiting for about 1 and half hours, with 2 time phone call to remind them. Lift - to improve waiting time Sky Lounge - a wow scenery from Level 40. Good food but unfornately they forgot to prepare one of our meal... got to wait😔

I went here from 19-21 October 2023 on business matters. The food was amazing, Breakfast spread was luxurious in options. Lunch is a hit and miss, but my last day lunch was superb. You may expect a pasta menu every meal time. Dinner was good. The best ones are the soups, brownies and butter cake. Room wise, the greatest view of KL and its skyscrapers, yet some of the furniture is either broken, malfunctioning or dusty with cobwebs. The shower head is rusty, the sink is broken and drainage is stuck at times, The shower wall in my room had some kind of small insects crawling in and out of it. Overall, the food compensates for the room situation. The staff was friendly, but there was one cute sized lady at the reception counter slightly the opposite. Maybe she was overwhelmed with the reservation and I understood enough not to reprimand her for it. All in all, I would love to explore the food here once again.

Good place for family stay. Booked 2 rooms apartment hotel. Cleaned rooms but lack some of necessities - no tissues and laundry bag provided, master bedroom - aircond not cold and slow shower water pressure. Good things - nice views, near to local food restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
