        One of the best place to stay. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was awesome, good quality, different dishes throughout the week, good selection of plates and sweets. And very well maintained garden and awesome atmosphere.

        The hotel looks very new. It's only operated less than a month. Located in a less well known area. One side is a view of thousands of old automobile tires, not a present view. The hotel is luxury equipped with furnitures, marble floor, crown molding, etc... However, it's not functioning very well. Doors a not easily open and close and with noise. Chairs also make loud noise when move them. Sink faucet may splash you when turn on the water. etc... small things but show build quality is not very details. The new hotel also mean the operations is also lacked of experience. The is only one reception. He/she also the one take you to your room (leave the lobby unattended). There are no bell boys so you take your own belonging. The cleaning is also lack in details and cleaning agent. Dust show at corner on furniture (the side that face out) and mildew starts to form in corners of vanity and shower. Show glass show mark of hard water stain. Breakfast is fine but variety is half of what compared to hotels in bigger cities like Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh City. The check out process is also odd. You take the keys to the lobby. Then he/she would leave the lobby unattended to go to your room to check to make sure all nothing is missing and damaged. Then he/she comes back to check you out.
