Believe the bad reviews you see. I checked in roughly an hour ago. I paid extra for the, "Superior Sea View". As you can see from the pictures..There is zero view if anything. The grounds are disgusting and filthy and the room was dirty as well. And there are literally hundreds of stairs you have to climb up to get to your room. I waited to talk to someone for over half an hour because I am canceling my reservation and no one even came in to help. There was a small boy in the check in listening to a movie loud as heck and laughing with no one around. And to top it all off, all I wanted to do was take a shower. There is absolutely ZERO hot water. It isn't even room temperature, it is cold water. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room and bathroom were dirty and dusty. We found a 2 boxes of empty pizza under the desk from previous guest. The mattress was terrible and you can feel the springs. I tried many times to ask for more toilet paper but nobody stays in the reception. There is not fridge in the room. I dont recommend it

Room I got not really look like what it shows on Agoda. bed is fine with thin blanket. Aircon works well. Location is good but it can be noisy at night from live music bar next door. No any drinking water in the room. not even trash bin 🤷🏻‍♀️ I booked here last minute just for one night

Perfect location and good price for the island. The view from the room was absolutely amazing. Bring some ear plugs if you mind the music at night, there’s a lot of bars close so you will definitely hear the music until late. Bathroom in the room need a refresh, but it was ok for a couple of nights, very close to everything. AC works perfectly, clean room and the staff is lovely.

For the price on phi phi great place. Compared to the rest of Thailand very bad. But phi phi is expensive. If your here to party you have banana rooftop bar just beside you. Great music til late so bring earplugs if you don't like bass, but who doesn't right? No WiFi in the rooms. Dirty sheets. But got a cat with the room. Leaky showers dripping all night but the load bass gets rid of most of it. Would come back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
