Great hotel for the price. Walking distance to Sultan Ahmet mosque, Hagia Sophia and Bazaar. The rooms were a little tiny. Breakfast was ok. The staff was helpful. For other locations, getting a taxi might be challenging due to road layout. Public transport requires a 5 minute walk. Overall an easy 4.

Perfect location in the Sultanahmet area so you can see the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, basilica cistern, and topkapi palace easily within half a day. Even though a busy area, the hotel is in a quiet area with a few shops around if you need to pick anything up on short notice. Only ten minutes walk to tram station which takes you to the northern peninsula within 30 minutes. Staff are incredibly friendly, rooms are clean and shower is hot and with good pressure. Breakfast is free and amazing. Can’t fault the place.

Loose light fixtures and handles, broken toilet seat, old and outdated room, nothing is fresh in the breakfast. This place stretches the term 'botique' beyond the it's allowable limits. It's needs to be badly remodeled. The staff is very weird about use of common areas. Overall it's a not a good experience. Only good thing is wifi and location is decent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
