One of my most favorite places to stay during my travels. The hotel is perfectly located, comes with really clean rooms, fantastic beds, delicious breakfast and extremely friendly, competent and serving minded staff. The fitness center is fine as well and the rooftop swimming pool and bar gives you a great view over the city. (three nights/superior king room/incl. breakfast)

I booked a stay at this hotel for my husband's extended business trip, despite it being a last-minute booking, the hotel's Guest Service Team reached out to us before our arrival to inquire about any special requests, setting a positive tone right from the start. We arrived after the standard check-in time, but the Front Office team welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is ideal, as it's conveniently situated near the main street, making it easy for us to find dining options, especially since we don't speak Thai fluently. The hotel itself was a gem. The swimming pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat within the city. While this wasn't our first trip to Bangkok, our stay at this hotel has left us eager to return more frequently. We will surely recommend Tastoria Hotel to our family, colleagues, and friends who are planning to visit Bangkok, Thailand. Overall, it was a memorable stay that exceeded our expectations.

We come to exhibition and booked two rooms with my boss. We love this hotel. Friendly and attentive staffs, And they can speak English for sure. I had spacey room with balcony and very comfortable bed after long day from work. Lovely pool and bar at rooftop. foods are very tasty. Will come back here again next year

Rooms were roomy for asia standards. I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel though. I'm not sure what the qualifications are for a "small luxury hotel". Staff and service was always friendly and tried to accommodate as much as possible. It was close to the train stations about 8-10 min walk, not convenient if you have elderly with you that can't walk as much. Those who are able, this is a good option. Other places in Asok had more street food options.

We really enjoyed staying in this Hotel, the staff was really kind and professional. Rooms were clean and neat, they had all the necessary amenities that a 5 stars hotel should have. Food was really good quality, breakfast was wonderful, they had a good selection on their manu. Restaurant is also very good, in particular i am celiac (gluten free), the staff was very professional, they completely understood my problem (something i find very difficult around Thailand) and they where able to provide me many gluten free options (gluten free pasta included). We enjoyed staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
