Beautiful and tranquil Japanese home. Luxurious. Would be great for two couples or a family. Good security system. Centrally located. Well maintained and heating system is fantastic. Didn't get five stars only because the bottom floor western bedroom allows too much light in (good if they put a rolling curtain inside and I had issues sleeping without blind fold) and the coffee capsules were not refilled post clean. It's a bit too big for a couple but quite exclusive if you consider it. Amazing location. Great check in experience.

A charming private accommodation with a huge courtyard priced in the 200,000 won range! It's too big for two people and I recommend multiple people using it. There's no staff on-site and the only way to communicate is by phone, so it's not recommended to leave your luggage in advance before check-in. I had a really hard time. If you have any questions, please ask the staff member at check-in.

We stayed with 3 generations of parents and children, and the atmosphere was great and it was very spacious, so both the kids and grandma were very happy and satisfied! ! And of course, what impressed everyone was the bath! ! The scent of the wood was very nice and soothing. The bedrooms and toilets can be separated on the first and second floors, making it perfect for three generations. Since it's a townhouse, I was worried about the cold, but in addition to heating, there was floor heating, so I was able to stay comfortably even in Kyoto's winter. I would like to use it again when I travel to Kyoto.

It was a renovated old private house from the Meiji era, so from the moment I entered, I felt like I had come back to my grandma's house.It was very nice. The bath was made of cypress, and had a nice wood scent that made me want to stay in it for a long time.It relieved my fatigue and soothed me. For dinner, I had sukiyaki and it was very delicious. It has become one of the hotels I would like to visit again.

A very retro Japanese-style building, full of tatami mats and made of wood. A great experience, self-service check-in is also very convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
