Everything was perfect in this boutique hotel located in the old town. Location - Just perfect, all attractions are at walking distance Staff - Helpful and always smiling adds positive vibe Food - For me they had best tasty breakfast menu. Every request was met with a prompt and friendly response, reflecting their commitment to guest satisfaction. This excellent service was a key reason why I spontaneously decided to extend my stay for an additional night. The location of 'TbiliSee Hotel' is ideal for discovering the vibrant city of Tbilisi. Situated in the heart of the picturesque old town, the hotel offers a unique experience of the city's contrasts between the modern and the historic. Its proximity to key attractions, all within walking distance, makes it a perfect base for exploration. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the hotel. Overlooking the old town, the Kura River, and the city's iconic cable car, the vistas were truly mesmerizing. Additionally, the convenience of having parking right outside the hotel added to the ease of my visit. But the crown jewel of 'TbiliSee Hotel' is undoubtedly its rooftop terrace restaurant. Offering a 360° panoramic view of the city, the restaurant served exquisite dishes that were a treat to the palate, complementing the overall experience. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel has floor heating which I’ve never saw in any 4,5 star hotels. Make sure you check out the restaurant at the top floor. The wine selection is amazing and you get a fantastic view of the city from high up.

My wife Albina and I stayed with the hotel last week and had an awesome experience. Room was perfect, service was excellent, restaurant had great local cuisine that was fairly priced with an excellent view of the city. could not be happier and will be returning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
