Super perfect place! Definitely would recommend it to all. Madlen and her mother are great hosts and cooks just great meals. Kaha is a real Georgian - always ready to provide his hospitality to every guest. I stayed with this people several times. Will stay there always while in Georgia. The location is likewise great: this is a real old Tbilisi and everything you need for a good life within a walking distance. Thank you, Kaha and Madlen!

Great house hotel with the greatest owners! They are very kind and helpfull. Place is very comfortable for tourists, all nice places of Tbilisi are in two steps. Kakha and Madi-love you, and We will be back definitely!Thanks for all,it was incredible.

This is absolutely amazing hotel, that located in the historical center of Tbilisi in Alvabari district. The rooms are extraordinary clean, comfortable and very cozy. Beautiful street and city views especially from the high floors. But the most important thing are the owners and hosts of that wonderful place. Madlen and Kaha are great and intelligent couple, that always ready to assist their guests. They are very helpful and kind people. One more important issue is outstanding breakfast, that Madlen prepares and present every morning. Decent and delicious unforgettable tasty food. It also possible to order dinner, or late supper everytime. Once again, the Central Hotel Tbilisi is absolutely great and completely the best place to stay during your vacation in Georgia. It's like staying with your family, I felt like this was my parents house. The lady cooks amazing breakfasts and are very nice people. Will tell you what to see around and the rooms are very nice. Loved this place and would reccomended for sure. The view from the balcony was amazing and the street is quiet and safe.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
