The room was nice and clean although they forgot to give us the complimentary water. Check in was good, no problem. However check out was horrible. They are trying to charge us again and asking us to pay for the room at check out. Took too long as they had to make phone calls to confirm whether we have paid. Like it’s your policy that we pay first before we can even get our room keys how can you ask for another payment for check out and not find it in your system/file that I have payed already. Im so so stressed as I was trying to catch my flight.

The managed was rude Such a bad stay I booked a twin bed room and Before I arrive to hotel I called them and asked about adding a bed and got told it costs 40 dolar per night but upon arrival they told me they can’t add a bed and that no one told me that they can and the only choices I have is to cancel my reservation or to upgrade my room and pay super extra (472 dollar ) extra to the booking amount just to upgrade my room and put extra bed, imagine being told cancel ur reservation after full day of traveling and in a forgin country at 8 pm instead of them trying to solve the problem and checking what they told me on the phone of how I can pay 40 dollar to add extra bed

Unfortunately I haven’t had a great experience in this hotel, from rooms to service everything that can go wrong happened. For starters the rooms barely hard any space, if you kept the bathroom door open you couldn’t get to the bed. On day one I turned on the shower and the head unit fell off. The rooms weren’t clean’t till we asked for it, so much so housekeeping did not even bother to keep the daily quota of water or paper rolls. To top it up the staff seemed disinterested when we brought up these issue. May be just my experience at this hotel but I’m definitely not coming back…

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
