The bed is ok, the location is good close to metro, there is a club down the hotel it’s not the hotels’ fault, sometimes we could hear the music sometimes no. There’s a pool in the hotel at 0, but the whole hotel smells bad whether the lobby, room or bathroom. It’s an old hotel. Price, be careful. The reception wanted to take 160 lari for a night with breakfast but we literally saw it on their official website 112 or 120 lari if not Ground floor The breakfast was bad😅 We stayed for a night, if you wanna stay more I wouldn’t recommend it

I am not sure how this hotel is a 4-star hotel. If we hadn't chosen this hotel, our Georgian experience would have been SO MUCH BETTER! - Rooms: I would have given a zero if I could. They would clean it once in three days that would leave a really awful smell in the washroom. The same were for the sheets so you can imagine the mess we were sleeping on each day. - Room service was never done on time. We would have to wait for hours to receive something. - AC wasn't working. They did come in later to fix this. - The breakfast wasn't worth it. - The club nearby was having a rave party every single night. Terrible at its best.

Very old bed mattress, worst sleeping experience ever, despite that near hotel was club, club working our was from tuesday till sunday, from 8.00 till 02.00, so can hera every track from club. Everything was old and scattered. Food was the worst experience in Georgia.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
