        Our stay here was somehow was an epic experience. The reservation was made under Nitin Dania. Christmas Eve had gone wrong because of Nate's phone that's lost in the cab Christmas Eve night. But the staff here was really super kind, accommodating, super helpful and went above and beyond to help us locate Nate's iphone even on same night he lost it. David & Rati went with us in the wee hours of Christmas morning in the phone market and again went with us in the morning, Christmas Eve, hunting for the phone that's already been sold in the phone shop. You can imagine the delimna we've been through on Christmas day loosing phone. Like your whole life has been stolen from you all of a sudden. We were so feeling bad and seeing Nate in that state, cannot help but really grateful for the help of the staff for us. The kind gesture itself is more than enough how grateful we were for the help even though we were not able to retrieve the phone back. Fo such an empathetic staff really made us feel we are part of the family and that they really took care of us. We would like to extend our deepest and sincerest gratitude to: 1. David Jorbenadze 2. Rati (The Bellman) 3. Melina & Sesili (Front desk Agents) Thank you so much guys for taking care of me and Nate while we were with you. The hotel was amazing. The room is spacious, tidy, luxurious plus washroom's large too! But just one quick suggestion; we know it's a Europe kinda thing; but I think an ugrade of bedit hose beside WC in the washroom is a MUST. I guess we are just being spoiled here in Dubai. But, it's a hygiene stuff you know. Hotels MUST keep up with the trends around the world. Because this is a necessity and important, hygienic addition to hotel facilities you know what I mean? Over all experience truly made us special. We can't thank you enough with your unwavering dedication of service hospitality. Well done & keep up the great work. You guys are amazing.

        The hotel is reasonably priced and the environment is good too. The room is comfortable and the staff is friendly. Its easy to access and is not far from the sights in the city. Its a comfortable stay and I recommend people to come here.

        This is the best Marriott property I’ve stayed at. Period. Rooms are spacious, clean, and updated. The staff is incredible, knowledgeable and proactive. The breakfast is world class and all their dining options are all great.

        This is truly a world class hotel. Beautiful property, updated rooms, well-located. The service shines and went above and beyond after I arrived with a delayed baggage arrival. I very much look forward to the opportunity to stay here again.

        It was a comfy and a happy stay in a nice hotel, location, with good food, and lovely staff. We could be back again if we had the chance to be in Tiblisi 🥰🥰 There were 4 or more USB plugs in case if you forgot your adaptor like us.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
