Rooms good quality, kept clean. Calls never work. No one answers at reception, housekeeping, baggage, etc. Everytime I had to go down to reception for any request. Breakfast is good, In and around supermarket and other restaurants available.

This hotel has exceptional customer service on extremely affordable prices. They have well presented and trained staff. Manager Javed/David, both receptionists Zuhair and other guy (sorry forgot his name), and rest of the staff know how to satisfy their guests. They never say No to any requests whether you ask for iron, water bottle, room service, cleaning etc. Their breakfast is outstanding too. Timing is between 8-10am but they don't mind even you show up around 10:30. You don't pay extra for requesting breakfast to room. Last but not least, location is admittedly suitable as it is close to restaurants and grocery store Spar. Highly recommendable.

They are the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. I checked in and then find the vacuum in the room and it was all dirty. I talked with the receptionist and he was very rude and unprofessional he was asking me why the room was dirty !!! I’m not the one that should know. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I was actually trying to give a ZERO star but I am forced to give a one star to leave my comment.

It was a very bad experience especially when I came to hotel room the receptionist he doesn't know if the room ready or no he asked me why they room not ready lol me and my friend we were waiting 1 hour to prepare the room I did not understand how the receptionist doesn't know about rooms also never give something as compensation also he wants charge me for something I did not use he said you use one RedBull and I didn't even know where was the refrigerator lol I felt like he wanted to take advantage of me as a tourist never come to this hotel again due to a very bad service 😅

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
