Superb location and excellent service at this hotel, close to many fine restaurants and shopping but in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is good and desk staff extremely helpful. This is my fourth stay at Los Españoles (the original location, on Los Españoles), not the new one on Santa Maria.

First of all, a great location. Walking distance from the happening parts of town for shopping and nightlife. Very quiet street and feels safe. Second, service is great. Professional, yet friendly. Booking was easy and check-in/out were easy peasy. Front desk and maids we’re really nice. Third, the rooms are good one for the price. Coffee maker, with good vacuum sealed coffee for a pot (those who know…know). Bathrooms are roomy, AC works. And beds are of good quality. Slept well. Couple of things to watch out for…no elevators, and sometimes 2-3 floors might be difficult for some. Rooms might be tight for more than 2-3 people…families can get larger rooms. Overall, I would visit again. And hope to! Thanks you…✌🏽💗🙏🏽

Good location in Santiago just a few blocks away from Mall Costanera with a clean room and bed at a reasonable price but I had a few issues with my stay. First the internet was intermittent and went out two out of the four nights. This is an issue as a business traveler and although it was always fixed by the next afternoon, morning calls and work were challenging. Second, the hot water wasn't extremely hot and would run out if you waiting until 7:40 -8:00 am to take a shower. This seems to be when everyone was waking up and the tanks must not be big enough for the rooms. Third, there was no coffee available until 7 am not was there a hot water pot in the room or in the lobby. Most of the hotels I have traveled to in the past 5 years both in the US and abroad would have at a minimum a small coffee pot or hot water pot in the room. Many have free coffee all night and morning long. That was just not available at the Hotel Los Espanoles. It was not a bad stay, but just not the most comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful with things especially when the internet went down.

The only thing keeping me from giving this place a 5 star review is the fact that the rooms need upgrading in terms of more modern appliances, everything except the TV and the mini fridge are quite old.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
