Pros: Very pleasant hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. In the spa, the steam room is free. The gym was great too compared to other hotel gyms. the area offers a wide variety of authentic cuisines like Egyptian, Moroccan, yamani, Iraqi etc. Cons: - the kitchen stove is very slow and does not heat properly which I understand since they don't want the hotel to burn down. - it is a bachelors area so you see a lot of random guys just sitting and smoking and staring at people. - 10-15 minutes walking to the metro. - you could see that the maintenance was not the best. it really felt like this place has a lot of potential but it's a bit rough on the edges. Overall I had a pleasant experience, and the amenities and it's closeness to the metro, makes it very worth it.

Maybe their accommodation is fine, their facility is good. I had a different experience at the reservation. On 31st of Sep 2023, i called them directly for Enquiry and booking for the next day check in for my consultant visiting Dubai. At the reception a lady gave me a rate i agreed, she asked me to come directly for the payment, they had no remote channels for payment, i agreed and visited this hotel after 2hrs and driving 41 km from my home, just to learn from other lady at the desk that they cannot accept the rate i was offered and the lady over the phone who gave me the rate was new and ill experienced. Tho i never show out, I was furious, for the inconvenience and last min implosive pressure for finding other hotel near this location. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! If this is their way of dealing the customers, soon they will have to start looking for a new buyer or replace their entire property management.

This was a very great experience, because the staff members are very kind especially to the kids the swimming pool guy are the kids favorite 😂 they always bring new stuff like toothbrushes shampoo loofahs its literally amazing ‼️
