Came down for the weekend, stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel itself is a great example of what can be achieved with a mid century refurbishment - really stylish. The bar particularly which was the old reception to the newspaper office was great. Solid cocktail and drinks menu. Restaurant was good, nice food and good service. Every member of staff we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. NCP car park is a stones throw away, easy walking to the city centre. Would recommend.

Hotel was amazing spent my birthday here and staff are lovely so accommodating! Beautiful hotel we splashed out for the compositer room with the free standing bath and it was definitely worth it had a fab few days here would definitely visit again. Bar is lovely to sit and chill in room’s gorgeously decorated and always immaculate

They cancelled half our groups reservations without notice. They said they emailed (insufficient), and no they didn’t I checked including my spam folder. Not what you want to find out at 9pm after a long day of work and travel when all you want to do is dump your stuff and get dinner because you’re starving. The receptionist was pretty rude about it. The rooms are nice enough, at least they were when I stayed before. Funny thing is I’m the one who recommended the place to my colleagues and I got left in the cold to scramble to find another place.

Review of restaurant. Very good food. Limited menu, bit pricey but good flavours, I had the sticky beef salad, no complains, tasted very nice, service was amazing. Amazing decor, excellent theme.

I went for lunch and the service was second to none. My friend is gluten and dairy intolerant and the staff came over with the menu to discuss all allergy information and what was available. The food was very fresh and delicious. The best part of all though was seeing that they have kept so much of the Telegraph charm.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
