Terrible hotel. A male receptionist tricked us. We didn't know if there is a local tax (heritage tax) which is RM2 per night per room. He asked us to pay RM4 per night. We stayed 3 nights. When we checked out and realised we were ripped off, we reported to a female receptionist. She called the guy to come explain and give us our money back, but he didn't come.

1) Friendly & helpful staffs. 2) Waiting time not too long on the reception counter (pls note that my check in time was at 8pm) 3) It’s a very busy area during night especially on weekends, but they provide free parking @ basement (without guard, with barrier) 4) Rooms are ok, quite spacious and comfortable but toilet are dirty. (can see other customers’ complaints abt the toilet too) 5) Hotel area are big and spacious. Suitable for kids since their pool is not deep. 6) Location of the hotel is not far from attractions and eateries.

Room is at low price but many problems. 1. Check-in 2pm but have to wait for long hours before get the room. room booked and fully paid online, but when arrive have to wait until 6pm to get available room. Many customers disappointed. 2. card access to room malfunction. many times complain but not solve the problem. 3. Bathroom drainage clogged, cause flooding in the bathroom.

Booked the room a day before, but still can't check in on the day even it's already 9pm with the reason the room use by kenduri attendees. When the room is already booked, it should not use for other purpose at the first place. Poor hotel management. Imagine you paid for the room, but you can't check in after 9pm. So be prepared to wait long hour at the lobby until you can check in.

All four Lift was under maintenance for 3 days, couldn't access basement car park as the gate spoilt, hair dryer spoilt and heater water not warm at all. Bathroom condition not 10/10, dirt can found in walls and hopefully they can upgrade all these. CS is good but other facilities makes the stay worst and regretting for choosing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
