The hotel itself seemed a bit dated with some modern upgrade. Good amount of space and good value for the money. Not much more than a serviced apartment in terms of amenities or additional services. Bring your own toothbrush as there wasn't ones in the room. Overall an okay stay and with revisiting.

Do not stay there unless you booked in Hotwire and are stuck with a non refundable option. Pay a little extra and stay elsewhere! When I checked in, absolutely nothing worked. The lights were all out, the couch was in disarray, the window does not close!!! Seriously it looked like a crime scene. The second star is for the efforts of the employees who desperately tried to help me the best they could, including promptly calling a taxi

Clean hotel, not expensive, rooms are spacious. Excellent location near Costanera Center and Los Leones metro station.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
