This is amazing hotel! Thank you a lot Tempo staff for friendly hospitality and for your help. Rooms was comfortable and clean, housekeeping was making them job perfect. Also breakfast was amazing and tasty every morning , that give me power for all day , lady on breakfast shift was very smiling and friendly. She take care about breakfast so good! Also I want to say big thank you for staff on reception - they always was friendly and helping us with any question. We have earlier check out and I ask if it’s possible to have some sandwiches - and they was ready exactly at 6:30 how man from reception promise me. They make big job for your perfect stay!

It is a nice hotel and staff is very cooperative and helpful. Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is almost identical on all days. Location is about 9,10 min (walking) away from the bus or metro station.

The hotel is good for its price and the breakfast was fine. Actually the main disadvantage for me is disgusting smell of cigarretes smoke in our room. I do not smoke, so this smell really made me feel unwell. As for other aspects the hotel is fine. Hope they divide rooms for smokers and non smokers or something

I stayed at Tempo Suits Airport for 6 days and I loved it! The service and staff were amazing, polite and very professional. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was delicious. If you need to be close to the industrial part of Istanbul this is a great location, the metro station is close. I would definitely stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
