Where to start. I spent the blackest days of my life in this "hotel", the room was disgusting! Very dirty. What we saw on the Internet was not what we faced in reality. The wall was peeling, the toilet sink had plumbing issues, someone else's towels with strong odour were still hanging in the shower, 0 privacy, doors are very old and don't function (main and toilet door). Breakfast options were extremely limited and very bland and tasteless. We spoke nicely with the receptionist asking for our money back however they refused and only agreed to refund until we remove our 1 star review, however this doesn't match my morals and I will not fake a sweet review to fool others. Horrible customer service, worst experience, don't recommend to anyone. I came here for a nice vacation but ended up living a nightmare.

It's a nice budget hotel. Rooms are quite spacious. There is one night club also inside the hotel. Very close to train station, Infact, walking distance. Breakfast is average.

My family and I loved our stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near restaurants, clubs, cafes and the main tourist attractions. Cleanliness is very important to me and the rooms were clean so no issue there. The staff were all accommodating and friendly. Breakfast in the morning had a variety of options and for those who like to workout they just renovated the sky gym on the top of the hotel.

It's a nice budget hotel. Rooms are quite spacious. There is one night club also inside the hotel. Very close to train station, Infact, walking distance. Breakfast is average.

Staff is pleasant. Hotel is very old and you can basically hear the voices of other people in the corridors. This is by no means a 4 star hotel. They should be it as a two star at max or motel. Very old and overused furniture. The only advantage is the proximity to several locations in Marrakech.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
