The worst hotel experience in your entire life! Bad location! Dirty place Dirty Toilet Unsafe! Unsafe! impolite reception! You will climb mountain to reach to the hotel.after that you will face A impolite guy name Mamoon from Turkmenistan who will ask you more money ! they will say you confirmation is canceled and you have to pay more more money or they will not give your room! since you climbed Everest mountain to a very unsafe location,and especially If your are with your family you have to pay the price they ask! / never go there! If you value yourself a bit!

So bad, the rooms is not clean the building so far away from the Metro and markets. I didn’t like it all was being there just one night and it’s really so disgusting. The building is old and their rooms is also so old and I was hearing everything what is going on in the another rooms which is was by me.

Do you think reviews are bad? Reality is even worse. We paid 800tl per night, got smelly room, dirty sheets and towels, broken pisuvar and shower, and doors to the bathroom that can't be closed. When we asked for clean sheets and towels, we heard we should have checked the room before paying for it... then a guy came with "fresh towels" - dirty as the ones we've already had in the room.

Staff couldn't be more helpful anything u wanted just had to ask , they would not hesitate to get u , brilliant girls the cleaning ladies to the reception were all brilliant x from tea , sugar , water anything they were terrific , girls being welcome with cups of coffee for me how lovely they were , u just had to ask x great view from balcony stayed for two weeks although there restaurant is not open there is plenty of small shops a stones throw away , also 7 mins there are bigger shops which were a treat , and cafes also a market twice a week , I thank the staff for all there kindness and hope to see them next year x it's not the ritz u get what u pay for and it's clean and warm and friendly x

I stayed for almost a month and a half as a student. They have good service and a nice view if you take the double room. But, it's just a place to stay and sleep at. They don't serve breakfast, but it is not required in my opinion. All around I prefer this stay rather than pay much more for something not worth the money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
