We were there in June. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (both spoke English well), but everything in the room was half broken (the safe was locked open, some outlets were falling out of the wall, the showerhead was leaking...) and the area was a bit questionable on a Saturday night. However, it was super close to train station, so very convenient, and the room just needs a bit more TLC.

A decent hotel in a good location near the train station. The staff are generally friendly and the rooms has the all the basics. However, WiFi was terrible and the walls are quite thin, so it can be noisy at times.

The location was near the central station ( 5mins walk) which was perfect for my short trip. The rooms were small but functional for short stay. Double bed , en suit bathroom with shower. Ac worked and there was a small wardrobe as well. The staff was helpful although we couldn't get an earlier check-in. It is a 3pm which was a bit la te considering how short my stay was.

I've never left a hotel review without even having finished the stay for the night, but this is ridiculous. THIRTY. THIRTY insects in our hotel room. Dirty sheets. And the night receptionist showed us a terrible attitude when we asked to change rooms. How many mosquitos would YOU accept flying around in your hotel room? How many exciting splotches on your walls? How many disgusting stains on your bed sheets? I know this isn't the Ritz, but man, I expected the room to at least look like someone had cleaned the place sometime in the last month! The worst condemnation is that, while I was in the lobby, someone else came in to check into the hotel... and my gut reaction was to feel sorry for her. What a pity. She's staying in THIS hotel. I urge you, for the sake of your loved ones, to STAY AWAY.

Good hotel for staying close to the train station. Amiable staff, especially “Diego “ night receptionist. He goes out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
