I had the pleasure of staying at Terra Blanca Suites, and I can't express enough how delightful my experience was. The place is tastefully done, exuding a clean and modern ambiance. The highlight for me was the gorgeous swimming pool area, and stunning view. What truly made my stay exceptional were the wonderful staff members, Nick, Joanna, and Xenia. Their attentiveness and helpfulness were beyond commendable. They were a lovely bunch who went above and beyond to make my stay more pleasant. I was particularly impressed with the impeccable room service. My room was consistently cleaned, with fresh sheets and towels etc. One of the standout features was the breakfast selection available, with options to suit every palate. The convenience of having breakfast delivered to my room at any time I chose was a fantastic touch. The location of Terra Blanca Suites also deserves a mention. With a bus stop and supermarket just a short walk away, and a variety of restaurants further along, it offered both convenience and accessibility. In all honesty, I couldn't find a single negative aspect to my stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I wholeheartedly recommend Terra Blanca Suites to anyone seeking a memorable and top-notch accommodation experience. It truly exceeded all my expectations.

Staying at Terra Blanca for 6 nights was very relaxing. Room was very spacious and very clean with a great sense of decoration. The place also was parking space and owners are very helpful to anything you need. Nikos and Xenia thank you very much for your hospitality!

Wow, we were very lucky indeed in our search for a pet friendly hotel in Santorini and we stumbled upon Terra Blanca. I say lucky for two reasons, the hotel is brand new 2 weeks only and its just a dream. Situated high on the quite sude of Imerovigli looking towards the tranquility of the sea not the caldera. This is by no means a negative thing. Designwise it holds up to several Santorinian building features with a clever decorations in the rooms and in public spaces. The pool is almost infinity with several sunbeds built in the pool and the water, just gorgeous. The owners and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice new place for staying near Imeroviglia. The guys from the service are great. The pool is nice but there is little shadow to cover from the sun because the planted treed are still small.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
