We spent there three night. We had a room with amazing view - you could watch the sunrise directly from the bed. We had also yummy breakfasts and I had to thank you to all staff members who were helpful and kind. Bus station is approximately 8 minutes from the hotel. Kamari beach was clean and also close to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, huge room with a great view. Amazing staff, who couldn't help us enough, and were so freindly!! The pool area was great to spend a few hours and freshen up. the breakfast selection was huge. so much on offer and so fresh. Recommend a little restraunt down the road Olive Oil which is a small walk and serves exceptional local food. we hired a car for the day from a local hire company and could see the whole island in one day as the accommodation was so central.

Staff were wonderful. Location is good if you don't mind walking up a steep hill every day and stairs to your room. Room was clean and basic. Hand held shower which flooded the bathroom every time. Lovely views and nice ambiance with cute kitty cats.

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting Santorini. The room was spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony, being up the hill. The owner might be the most helpful, sincere and energetic hotel operator in Greece. The customer service was over the top from the first moment we arrived until the final goodbye. The walk up the hill might be hard for elderly guests but we did it at least three times a day without difficulty. Close to great restaurants and the beach. The Greek yogurt served for breakfast was delicious. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the Terra Blue, and the staff are brilliant. Vangelis is one of the most kind people I have ever met, goes above and beyond. All the staff are great. Don't know all their names Breakfast chosen every morning, nice selection of food. Lovely mountain behind the hotel to walk up, gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Bit of a hill to walk to the hotel, we like a walk, so no bother, might cause a few problems for someone with mobility problems. 10 minutes to walk to the strip where there's loads of restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
