        at the price point i paid i expect everything to be perfect, and certainly to not have issues that i didn’t have in much cheaper hotels. - i like to sleep in a dark room, but it is impossible to turn all of the lights in the room. - there are noises from parties outside, even after midnight, i don’t like to have noises while sleeping. - regarding the breakfast, because the price i paid for the hotel i expect to have no issues, but the vegetables looked not so fresh. and the breakfast looked limited when considering the price. there are good things in the hotel too: nice modern architecture, the hotel is new, the swimming pool is beautiful, the hotel stuff very polite and helpful, the shower in the room is very good, the room is large with one large bed and one small bed (i stayed alone and didn’t need it, but i appreciate it for people that may need it).

I ask dor king size bad no respond. - Extra charge for room and no one inform me. - ⁠the duty manager dont care about guests just she is try to convince the guests about what she need and availability. - ⁠the hotel now is change of hospitality and value. - ⁠this my second time but is one of bad experience at hotels.

        Bad experience. Won’t come back. Claimed as ‘5-star’, BUT looks like ‘3-star’ - Booked for 3 guests but only 2 sets of utilities provided. First night need to ask for the third, second night still needed to ask for the third. - Booked for 2dogs and later checked in time 3 pm (no dogs 2 pm). Ok, we waited but when went into the room, no dog facilities provided. Needed to ask again. - Asked for 3 glasses of wine but received 2 and dirty. - Bad communication and treatment of dining staff. When checked in, no brief that cannot wear pajamas to breakfast. First morning, wearing pajamas (tops and bottoms not matched) can go in. Second morning, wearing pajamas (tops and bottoms matched) can go in, staff asked for room number. But, when going to get food, was ‘challenged’ by another staff that cannot proceed and ‘please go back and change’ in a bad attitude. Ps Mom was also wearing pajamas but it’s ok. What’s the cut-off? - Parking limited and out in the sun and side road (risk of crash) - Not recommended for dogs. Room is not sound-proof from outside enough. Can hear sound from outside and dogs react barking all night. - Not so clean overall. - No major facilities except for swimming pool - Reception communication not well. Was asked to wait for room check out but was not informed that complete (need to wait still for 15 mins) - No doubt few guests despite long week-end

        I had a very negative experience at a hotel claiming to be a five-star resort. In reality, it's more like a two or three-star establishment, with inflated prices. As a foreigner, I was left in my room during an insecticide spray while the staff evacuated, a serious safety concern. The hotel also offers lower rates online than in person, indicating a focus on profit over fairness. Additionally, the air conditioner was extremely loud, and the room quality was disappointing. Despite its nice exterior, the hotel is far from what it promises.

        Terra nara I have stayed for a week Disadvantages: - Most employees are blunt and expressionless and have angry face. Unfriendly and Not friendly. They do not even say hello. Work mechanically like a robot. They don't care what the customer wants at all. Where is Thai smile? - Half of the staff have difficulty communicating in English. - The room is not soundproof at all. I can hear the conversation in the next room, the sound of sex, and the use of the bathroom etc. - Room cleaning is rough. - There are a lot of Chinese guests and they gather to chat and smoke on the terrace. - You can hear the sound of motorcycles and cars on the outside road, the whistles of the hotel next door and the sound of the pool compressor. - There are no customers even on Christmas weekend, so the atmosphere is sloppy. - Breakfast doesn't have many kinds of food, and it's not delicious because it's roughly made. - The quality of the breakfast ingredients is also very low and sometimes has an unpleasant smell. - The food that came out yesterday has changed a little, they seem to use yesterday foods again today. - There aren't many kinds of drinks available for breakfast, and coffee and tea don't taste good. - There are no kitchen facilities in the room and the refrigerator is very small and the performance is bad. - There are few devices and furniture available in the room, so the room feels empty and uncomfortable. - The room lights are dim. - The bathroom in the room smells very bad in the sewer. - It is inconvenient for 2 people to eat together in the room due to the lack of chairs and tables. - The swimming pool and lobby look pretty but not suitable for swimming and relaxing. There are not enough sun beds and parasols. - The Wi-Fi connection in the public space outside the room keeps disconnected and needs to be reconnected on and on. - I was putting a filter on the shower head. The water supply is in such a bad condition that both filters turn black in a week. Advantages: - The location is good. The bottom line : I've been to Thailand many times, but this is the first time I've seen such a low-quality hotel. Very disappointing This hotel is not 5 star hotel. It's worse than a typical 3 star hotel. The hotel is a mess. I can't believe that such a low-level hotel is so expensive. I had a good trip in Bangkok. and when I came to Pattaya, This hotel ruined my trip in Pattaya. It's not worth even 1 point out of 5 point with a score. I want to give it 0 point.
