Situated in the heart of Rome and I dare say this is best boutique hotel in town! Very safe area location; safe enough to come home at odd hours of the night without a problem. Stayed here for a week and the staff was the most accommodating. Shout out to Glye, Marco, Dave and the Team for being so caring and making sure all my demands were met. I am from Canada and I am accustomed to cooler temperatures (proper air conditioners) and good air ventilation. This hotel was immaculately cleaned every day I was here. It is also decorated quite nicely for a small space.

Room was very large with the tallest ceilings I've ever seen. Bed was pretty good. Bathroom small but fine. No coffee maker in room. Very surprised considering the room cost. Service was perfectly nice. Location is great. Room was quiet. Roof deck is Not impressive. Limited view. It's also open to the public although I'm not sure they had luck getting people in from the street. Nearby Divinity rooftop bar is much much better. Elevator is functional but desperately in need of a renovation. Old and worn out. All in all it doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel except for the room size.

Great stay! I had an incident and had to move hotels quickly and may I say it was quite simple. When I arrived they were very welcoming and organized. It is around everything so i barely took a vehicle. However because of this it was quite noisy at night. The room I stayed in was very nice and the electricity was well. At one point in the night a bright light in my room turned on and woke me up but that’s the only note. Definitely stay here if your going to sightsee in Rome.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Rome!!! The staff here was fantastic. Their service, impeccable. And the location is very convenient to access some of the greatest places in the city. The Pantheon was a 5 minute walk. Ceasar's place where he was assassinated by the Senate also a very close walk of 7 min. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Roma!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Terrace Pantheon Relais Hotel in Rome, and I can confidently say it deserves a perfect rating. The exceptional service started with the incredibly friendly and helpful employees at the reception, who went out of their way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was an absolute delight, thanks to the attentive and welcoming staff who made sure every guest felt taken care of. Their dedication is just top-notch. I must also commend the cleaning personnel for their outstanding work. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. It's evident that the cleaning team takes great pride in their work, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. There’s also a great rooftop bar with excellent view. One of the standout features of the Terrace Pantheon Relais Hotel is its central location. Being situated in the heart of Rome allowed for easy access to iconic landmarks and attractions, making my sightseeing adventures incredibly convenient. In sum, my stay at the Terrace Pantheon Relais Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The exceptional employees at the reception, the attentive breakfast buffet staff, and the diligent cleaning personnel all contributed to a memorable experience. Combined with the immaculate rooms and central location, this hotel truly deserves its spot among the best in Rome. I’ll come back to Rome and stay here again. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
