        Excellent accommodation in a very good location. The center of Florence is a 10-minute walk away. The owner of the accommodation, Mr. Gianluca, is always ready to give you all the necessary information that makes it easier for you to visit important locations, find a restaurants, and recommend a parking place if you come by car. The breakfast is excellent, also.

        Thank you for the great hospitality! The owner who runs this business all on his own gave us detailed tips on how to plan our tour of the city in a very simple and efficient way so not to miss anything and make the most of the good weather while we could. For the breakfast he was very attentive and asked us the day before if we had any preference and ordered delicious croissants from the local bakery to try. The room was very clean and perfectly sound isolated, the furniture well kept and quality selected. The location was about 15’ from the busy city Center and all the attractions and the tram and bus stops reachable within few minutes to take you directly to the airport or the highest city viewpoints. Would recommend!

        A very nice B&B close to the station and a little bit outside of the city centre (both walking distance). The owner was very nice and helpful and provided us with a map of the city centre and some sightseeing tips! The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was also good, with fresh brioches of choice every morning. Would definitely recommend!

        Excellent accommodation in a very good location. The center of Florence is a 10-minute walk away.         Beautiful, quiet and lovely stay. Very close to the train station. Breakfast was very fulfilling and satisfying. Everything was taken care of. Very secure community. The owner was very helpful in explaining everything to us in detail. Liked it.

        We enjoyed our stay at Terrazza Belfiore. The location is very clean and quiet- our room was cleaned every day. The location is at ~10 min of city center and for us it was a good thing because the center is very crowded and noisy. Breakfast is plenty and the pistachio croissant is delicios. Gianluca is a wonderful host and made us feel very comfortable.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
