        Certain rooms in the building are available for monthly rentals. However, I'm not particularly fond of these rooms—they feel a bit dated and dim. Nonetheless, the location is quite convenient.

        We had a four night stay with a family of two adults and two teenage children. It was probably adequate for what we paid in central Auckland. It is a great location but the apartment is tiny and although we asked for two single beds when booking, we did not get that. A request for an additional duvet had to be made twice. There were only two rolls of toilet paper and they were never replaced despite them stating that the room would be refreshed on the third day. The apartment wasn't very clean and was stuffy. Car park was very handy on Symonds Street but you would not want to have a big vehicle as it is tricky to maneuver.

        Room was fair. No hot water before 9am until the last day when was finally fixed. No service of apartment until day before leaving. Lady Receptionist was very helpful. Parking can be difficult so be very careful. Hop card bus passes are great and easy from some convenience stores. Uber otherwise. Is in University area. Steep hills around.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
