Good location. only 5 minutes from the airport to the hotel. Be aware of the unscrupulous taxi driver! The taxi fare is supposed to be 5-60 TRY.

Nice hotel and very polite staff. We stayed just one day and were able to check in at 9:30. Because the room wasn't ready yet, they offered us breakfast for free. It was delicious and very fresh. The room was clean and the bathroom too. Only a little bit noisy. Reception staff spoke English.

Very close from the aeroport , with 40 liras about 2 euros can reach the hotel. Kindness of the staff when we did the check-in was perfect, the room large and very clean , breakfast tasty and various . Around can find some shops and restaurants . Also at the check out all staff was very friendly and professional.

Dirty place ,there’s a bed bugs (small animal’s) on the bed and under pillow they eat all my husband hand and my neck and hands,phone was disconnect,staff can’t speak English,we went to reception to take some toilet pepper’s and tea glasses by self,bed was uncomfortable,everything in the room old and dirty. I’m not recommended, I did mistake to go there just because it’s a close to airport, there’s a nice hotel just 1 minute walk from Tevetoglu hotel.

A very good option for those who has a long layover in SAW. Pros: Affordable price, close to the airport (taxi ride costs around 40 TRY), welcoming staff (they completely won me over with their hospitality), fast wi-fi internet. Cons: rooms are old and a little shabby (but clean and well-prepared). If you don't mind spartan conditions it's not even a nuisance. The breakfast is okay, there are things to choose from in order not to travel hungry to the airport. All things consider, I'll stay there again when traveling via SAW.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
