Quite old hotel but still well maintained and in a good condition (I stay at level 6 room 608). Located at the Malacca riverside. Beautiful scenery during night. Check in and check out process was going smooth. Polite and helpful staff. Lobby, corridor and room were clean and tidy. Nice smell. Everything works well. Air-conditioning cold and shower heater works properly for hot and cold preference. Huge room with old furniture provided with iron, iron board, kettle and toiletries. It's look comfortable for big family with affordable price. (RM100++/night). They also hv a cafe (Hang Li Po Cafe') same level at the registration counter which is at the ground floor. Breakfast provided ( RM15.90 - adult and RM10.60- child) Parking lot at the basement, no worries at all.

An old hotel with acceptable condition. Located at an easy access location. Walkable distance to the attraction spot. Great night river view. Nearby the places to eat. A basement car park is available. A quiet hotel for relaxation. Overall all is good.

Only the lobby was modernized the room was quite outdated and old. There was only 2 small water bottles and not a full sized one. No tissue and laundry bag prepared. Hallway smells musty and quite possibly cause health problem.

Counter slow when I want to check in, when finally my turn she asks me to give the malay auntie behind me first idk wat reason, just because she's malay or because she is senior? Finally get to the room, the towel is dirty and the bed sheet is dirty.

Room are clean, slightly small for a twin sharing. Limited TV programs. Good location. Has a restaurant beside the river, a nice place to chill, day and night

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
